The process of accepting articles
Arbitration rules:

1- The articles are judged on two levels: first, necessary checks are made in terms of form and deficiencies are announced via email; Then it is referred to arbitration as appropriate.

2- If the referee or referees agree to accept or reject the article, it will be acted upon and in case of disagreement between the referees, the article will be referred to the third referee.
